Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: 12.95 €.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over 50 €, delivered via EMS. Estimated delivery time is 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Lingerie & Nuit: Underwear and nightwear items.
  • Maillots de bain & Tenues de plage: Swimwear and beachwear items once the security tag has been removed.

Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Check Eligibility: Ensure your item meets the return criteria.

  3. Packaging: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
